Membership Rules and Conditions

All benefits that 21st Century Investor Education offers are conditioned upon your compliance with these Membership Rules and Conditions, the terms and conditions described elsewhere in other disclosure documents on our web site , and all other applicable 21st Century Investor Education rules and regulations. These rules are subject to change at any time. Please check back frequently for membership updates or rule changes.

Void Where Prohibited By Law

Some or all parts of the 21st Century Investor Education program may not be legal in certain countries. Consequently, the 21st Century Investor Education program is void where prohibited by law.

Conditions of Enrollment

The 21st Century Investor Education program is open to any individual person. Corporations and/or entities cannot be enrolled as members. Members must provide full name to participate. Full name means the given name, middle initial or middle name, if any, and family or surname. Members will be assigned a username and password enrollment. Memberships are nontransferable. Only one person may be enrolled per membership account.Members may not maintain more than one 21st Century Investor Education account.In the event more than one account number is assigned to the same individual, the duplicate account will be cancelled. Any points, benefits, bonuses, ratings or rankings associated with the duplicate account will also be cancelled.

Name and Address Changes

Each member shall be responsible for advising 21st Century Investor Education of any change of name, e-mail or postal address on their account.Using their 21st Century Investor Education username and password, members may update their account address information by visiting http://21stcenturyinvestoreducation.com/account/preferences.aspx. Members may also update their account information by calling a 21st Century Investor Education Representative toll free at 1-800-931-9137 or toll call at 1-561-750-9323. You may contact us by writing: 21st Century Investor Education, 925 S Federal Highway, Suite 500 Boca Raton, Florida 33432 The member's signature and 21st Century Investor Education username must be included in all written correspondence.

21st Century Investor Education Personal Username

With your 21st Century Investor Education username and password you have access to your 21st Century Investor Education information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Establishment of a 21st Century Investor Education username indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Guide governing your membership. You are responsible for the use of your 21st Century Investor Education username/password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your username/password. You may not divulge your username/password to anyone. If you do, you are solely responsible for any actions that person takes with your username/password, including, without limitation any transactions in your account, any violations of the 21st Century Investor Education program rules, and any further disclosure of your username/password. 21st Century Investor Education shall have no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to, or use of, your username/password.

Audit

21st Century Investor Education reserves the right to audit members' accounts at any time and without notice to ensure compliance with the 21st Century Investor Education program rules and regulations. In the event the audit reveals any discrepancies or violations, 21st Century Investor Education may delay the processing of any points, awards, bonuses, or other redemptions, cancel any outstanding awards, and withhold statements until the discrepancies or violations are resolved to the satisfaction of 21st Century Investor Education. During an investigation, 21st Century Investor Education may inhibit, suspend, or cancel the 21st Century Investor Education account of a member.

Account Deletion and Award or Point Expiration

Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months after enrollment may be deleted. 21st Century Investor Education reserves the right to discontinue and delete any membership at any time, for any reason.

Termination and/or Point or Award Deductions for Violations

21st Century Investor Education reserves the right to terminate your membership in the 21st Century Investor Education program at any time if you violate the 21st Century Investor Education program rules, any term or condition of the 21st Century Investor Education site usage agreement, or any other 21st Century Investor Education rules and regulations. Termination of your membership will result in a loss of all accumulated point or award credit in your account, the cancellation of any unused points or awards, and the loss of any and all account benefits, including but not limited to status, ranking, and rating. Terminated members are not eligible to participate in any aspect of the 21st Century Investor Education program, including without limitation any special promotions or 21st Century Investor Education partnership offers. In lieu of termination, 21st Century Investor Education may at its sole discretion deduct any point amount or benifit from your account, but permit you to continue participating in the 21st Century Investor Education program. Members whose accounts have been terminated for any reason may not reopen new accounts. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the 21st Century Investor Education program rules and with the other terms and conditions that apply to your membership.

Program Changes and Termination

21st Century Investor Education and its program partners reserve the right to change program rules, benefits, regulations, rankings, ratings, point levels, award levels and special offers at any time without notice. This means that 21st Century Investor Education may initiate changes, for instance, impacting partner affiliations, rules for earning points or awards, continued availability of awards, or access to content. 21st Century Investor Education reserves the right to terminate the 21st Century Investor Education program at any time without any notice.

Sale or Barter Prohibited

Points have absolutely NO MONETARY VALUE and are not based on or linked to the values of any currency domestic or foreign. The sale or barter of points, awards, bonuses, rankings, ratings, etc., by 21st Century Investor Education members is prohibited. 21st Century Investor Education will terminate or the account of any member who violates this rule.

Point Value

Points have absolutely NO MONETARY VALUE and are not based on or linked to the values of any currency domestic or foreign. The number of points needed for any award offered are determined by 21st Century Investor Education and may change at any time. Award offers may be discontinued at any time without notice.
